Booking and payment
To make a booking the information in the booking request below are necessary.
You receive a booking confirmation via email.
With this confirmation, the full payment of the total booking fee is due for payment. The keys will be only handed over once the full payment is received. You will receive further details to the payment modalities with the reservation confirmation.
Under certain circumstances (i.e. power failure, water damage etc.) it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the holiday home without the knowledge of the lessee.
We recommend our guests of 'PASSAU42' a cancellation insurance. We can provide a booking confirmation.
If you take the booking via this page the policy is:
* free cancellation until 5 days before the check-in,
* cancellation less than 5 days before check-in 100% of the total booking fee will be charged,
If you have ooked via alternate portals (i.e. booking.com, AirBnB) the policy of the alternate portal will be used.
In case of an early departure there’s no entitlement to reimbursement.

* Check-in after 15:00 / 3pm
* Check-out until 11:00 / 11am
PASSAU42 is an accommodation furnished with care and exclusiveness. We offer our guests a framework which serves the purpose of easing and wellness. In order to retain this must be taken consideration for each other.
The lessee and his companions are fully liable for the damage caused to the accommodation. Any damage must be reported immediately to the owner and can be regulated in general via the private liability insurance.
In a short-term loss of home furnishings, public utilities or force majeure there’s no entitlement to a price reduction.
Any defects in the accommodation must be reported immediately. The lessee grants the landlord 48 hours to remove those defects. Later complaints will not be accepted and can’t be deducted.
With repeated violation of these Terms of lease the landlord can terminate the lease unilaterally and the guest must leave the accommodation immediately.
Right to a refund of the rent does not exist in this case.
